HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Position Summary
The House Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from before arrival through departure. This hands-on leadership role oversees housekeeping operations, and lodging presentation while actively participating in cleaning, laundry, inspections, and hospitality support. The House Manager helps create a seamless guest experience by performing housekeeping, coordinating lodging readiness, leading housekeeping team, and communication across the CASACAMPO cleaning and maintenance team.
Housekeeping & Property
Create and publish housekeeping schedules.
Lead, train, and work alongside the housekeeping team.
Clean guest accommodations and common areas.
Perform laundry and manage linen inventory.
Inspect all accommodations before guest arrival.
Maintain the lounge and guest common areas
Maintain ranch residence as assigned
Maintain ranch office
Monitor and request housekeeping and guest supplies.
Report maintenance concerns.
Guest Experience
Coordinate with Ranch Operations to ensure guest experiences are prepared.
Help ensure special occasions and celebrations are ready before arrival.
Hospitality Support
Fill in shifts in The Cellar as needed.
Lead or assist with Ranch Walks and guided guest experiences when needed
Support special events and seasonal programming.
Cross-train to assist other departments during busy periods.
Employment
Off Season: Approximately 20 hours per week.
Peak Season & Holidays: Up to 40 hours per week based on occupancy and operational needs.
Must be available at every check out and available to work weekends and holidays.
