ACTIVITY SCHEDULE:

MAY-OCTOBER 2026 for overnight guests only

  • 9:00–9:30 AM | Family Warm-Up (Optional on Saturdays Only)

Begin the morning with a gentle, family-friendly warm-up near the Ranch Lounge. This relaxed movement session blends light stretching, simple yoga, and easy movement designed for all ages. Children are welcome. Guests who prefer to skip the warm-up may relax near the lounge and join the group at 9:30.

  • 9:30–10:15 AM | Behind-the-Scenes Ranch Walk & Tour (Day after check in)

At 9:30, we’ll set out together on a guided adventure walk through the ranch. Guests will go behind the scenes to meet our herd of alpacas, llamas, and goats, explore the grounds, and hear the CASACAMPO story. This portion is calm, informative, and suitable for all ages.

  • 5:00 PM - 6 PM Ranchers’ Happy Hour – enjoy one - two bottles of Casacampo Wine to share with your group at The Lounge on the evening of your choice during open hours.

  • 5:00 PM Little Ranchers’ ice cream social– complimentary ice cream for those who do not drink.

  • CASACAMPO Events: Most of our summer events are complimentary for overnight guests unless they have a ticketed entry. You can check our events calendar for dates and details.

Please note: the lounge and activities are not available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and The Ranch Lounge closes around January-February depending on the temperatures.

Activities and Lounge hours are weather and temperature dependent.

FRIDAY - SATURDAYS

  • 3:00PM-5:00PM Ranchers Happy Hour 3pm-5pm- A bottle of wine for your group and drink specials.

  • CASACAMPO Events: Most of our off-season events are complimentary for overnight guests unless ticketed. You can check our events calendar for dates and details.
