Just steps from the farmhouse, the bunkhouse offers two private units—each with its own unique charm.

Bunk 1: Sleeps 4–6

A light and welcoming space for couples or small families.

• Bedroom 1: King bed + private bathroom

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + private bathroom

• Living Room: Sleeper sofa for extra guests

• Kitchenette: Mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and tea kettle, with a 2 chair dining table—perfect for morning sips and midnight snacks

Bunk 2: Sleeps 4–6

A peaceful retreat with just the right touch of simplicity.

• Bedroom 3: King bed with shared bathroom

• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with shared bathroom

• Living Room: Sleeper sofa for added space

• Kitchenette: Two-burner stove top, mini fridge, coffee pot, and tea kettle for cozy in-room meals

    • Check-in is at 4pm

    • Check out is at 10am

  • A party that is within your group and stays within your rental yes. Weddings, private events and other gatherings that invite people who are not in your overnight guests count, or require a private area for your group, requires an additional agreement.

  • We are located 1 mile from Downtown Wisconsin dells. By Woodside Sports and River rd.

  • Overnight guests have private amenities and complimentary activities with their stay. You can see the full list here. We also have a menu of add-on activities and enhancements you can add to your stay for an additional cost.

  • The ranch lounge and store is open during our day visitor hours. These hours change depending on the time of year. You can also request it for a certain time if you wish to have a party or gathering inside.

  • The short answer is no. The ranch is 21 acres, and has multiple buildings and activities. Your rental includes the building/property you choose to book. Renting one building does not mean you have the whole ranch to yourself, but it does mean you get access to to all guest allowed areas when open, included activities, private overnight guests areas and amenities.

  • Yes, we are open all year. Our hours and activities significantly change throughout the year. Please note since we are a family ran ranch, we don’t have activities on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Guest who stay during these times do their activities the before before or after.

  • Book through the booking link above and select your dates.

    The deposit required is 50% at the time of booking and 50% 30 days prior. This also applies to any enhancements during your stay.
