Casacampo is an outdoor ranch experience, and light rain does not typically impact your visit. Many guests find the ranch especially peaceful in softer weather.
If there is a full rain-out with no break in the forecast and conditions are unsafe or unenjoyable for guests and animals, we may close for the day. In that case, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
-
Yes. Our main paths are gravel and open, and we strongly recommend strollers for children under 5, especially during animal interaction time.
-
The ranch is an outdoor experience.
We recommend checking the forecast and dressing for the weather and bringing a sense for adventure. The property is outdoors and rustic by nature, so comfortable shoes are encouraged.
This is a working ranch, and part of the charm is experiencing it naturally.
-
You may cancel or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.
Because we operate with limited daily capacity we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival.
-
No. Personal pets are not permitted on the property.
Casacampo is a working ranch, and the safety and well-being of our livestock and guests is our top priority. Our animals are prey animals and are naturally fearful or protective against unfamiliar animals not resident to the ranch.
Trained service animals required due to a disability are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. However, for the safety of our livestock, service animals are not permitted inside animal pens or within designated feeding or interaction areas.
Service animals must remain under control at all times. If a service animal causes distress to livestock or cannot remain under control, we reserve the right to require its removal from the premises.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a calm and safe environment for both animals and visitors
