In the middle of the hustle of running our businesses in 2022, something gentle kept tugging at our hearts. We found ourselves craving more than just productivity and progress—we wanted connection. We dreamed of a place where our kids could be part of our everyday lives, where others could slow down and rediscover the joy of simple things: gathering with loved ones, walking under open skies, or lingering over a good picnic.
With our background in hospitality, that vision quickly became more than just another place to stay. It became a feeling—unhurried. A rhythm—simple pleasures. And a little bit of unexpected joy—alpacas!
While the journey wasn’t linear (as most meaningful things aren’t), in 2024 we took the leap. We started with a small piece of farmland, and then—like something meant to be—the neighboring property, once a beloved bed and breakfast full of history, became available. Though it had sat quiet for years, we saw its charm and promise. We rolled up our sleeves, took a deep breath, and got to work.
Casacampo is still a work in progress—full of quirks from its past life and promise for the future. But it’s already become a place we feel lucky to call ours. And now, we’re so happy to share it with you. We are now open.
